We regularly use your cabs and we are consistently pleased with your service. But tonight we just wanted to say that we particularly enjoyed our taxi journey home due to the friendliness and sense of humour of one of your taxi drivers. We got a taxi at around lpm tonight from Prezzo in Reigate first to Churchfield Road and then to Somerset Road. customer said.. On behalf of my wife and I, we would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the driver who took us from Reigate Heath to the West End and back again on Saturday evening. He was on time for both pick up and the return journey, even though snow was falling heavily, he showed a combination of drivmg skill, determination and dedication that was fantastic. Despite many vehicles literally falling by the wayside, he kept going and finally got us home. customer said.. Just a note to thank you for your speedy response to my travel fiasco yesterday. It appears BA keep there cancelled flights shown as the original departure time and it is only by checking the flight status that changes are revealed. This confused many passengers in Sydney. Once again thank you for despatching another car so promptly, your pleasant and helpful driver made it a good end to a long journey. J. Newell
customer said.. I would just like to say a big thank you to the Driver who picked me and my family up on Saturday from Sandcross Lane, and dropped us in Wray Park Road at circa 10.30. After an eventful evening, of trying most of a friends liquor stash, the apparent need to obtain a form of transport home became quite apparent. After a prompt arrival and speedy trip home, so I was told, I paid the kind gentlemen who had so expertly delivered us to our destination. After paying said kind gentlemen, as I was reminded, my back pocket must have shrunk on the way home because when I put my wallet back in I missed all together and left it carelessly lying on the seat of the vehicle. Although the pocket shrinking bit may not have happened, it could have been a direct result of the experiment with the liquor cabinet. At this point I would like to say a big thank you to the driver, and front staff, who so politely helped in getting the wallet back so quickly. C. Giles
